Permanently lubricated upper and lower ball bearings. 1/4" solids-handling with higher intake screening . helps reduce debris from entering the pump compared to bottom suction designs. Bi-directional dual lip shaft seal. 1-1/2" NPT discharge. Thermoplastic vortex style impeller with improved clearances for better debris handling. 10' power cords with piggyback style plug. Allows for manual operation of pump . bypassing the switch. Ventx2TM System provides dual vented cords for improved switch performance and less chance of a blocked breather tube. Internal top mounted diaphragm switch eliminates all exterior moving switch parts. Diaphragm does not come in contact with water or debris. Internal air chamber to switch is integrally molded as part of the motor cover. New!Water directed flow in cast motor plate allows for improved cooling of motor. Stainless steel fasteners.
